The trolley is used for meal service, bar/beverage rounds, and duty-free sales on short- to long-haul narrowbody and widebody aircraft. Its composite outer panels are RFID-transparent — a growing requirement for caterers running automated cart-tracking systems — whereas aluminium shells block scanner reads. Composite construction also reduces condensation build-up compared to metal, relevant in hot and humid operating environments such as Gulf-region ramp transfers.
