Heavy Duty Air Cargo Pallets
High-capacity 16ft/20ft ULD pallets up to 30,000 lbs MGW.
PalNet's heavy-duty pallets provide very high load-bearing capacity at comparatively light weight. The pallet is a frame of strong extrusions with a continuous horizontal seat track and a vertical seat track with 3-g holes between the side-lock blocks (20ft and 16ft), a core of longitudinal double-T stringer stiffeners, and top/bottom sheets riveted with 6.4 mm heavy-duty blind rivets. They are certified to NAS 3610 Rev.10 / ETSO-C90c / TSO-C90c and approved by EASA and FAA; every pallet can be supplied with marine pins to take ISO-corner containers, and 16ft pallets can carry car racks via additional sea tracks.
