SkyATS is Thales' tower-domain automation suite, providing controllers with integrated electronic flight strips (EFS), surface-movement display (A-SMGCS Levels 1-4), the controller working position, voice communication system (VCS) and ED-137 voice-over-IP radio interfaces, plus the legal voice and screen recording required for incident investigation. Designed for towers handling complex multi-runway operations and for digital / remote tower deployments where the controller is not co-located with the airfield. Aligned to EUROCONTROL Specification for A-SMGCS and ICAO Doc 9830 surface movement guidance.
