Oshkosh Airport Products is the US market leader in ARFF, building the Striker range of crash tenders and the Global Striker export variant. The 8×8 Striker carries up to 4,500 US gal (17,000 L) water, 630 US gal (2,385 L) foam and 500 lb (227 kg) dry chem, with the Snozzle HRET piercing boom and TAK-4 all-wheel independent suspension enabling sustained off-road discharge at 65 mph. Oshkosh is a major supplier to Qatar's Hamad International and to multiple GACA airports; it also builds the smaller Striker Volterra hybrid electric ARFF unveiled at Rescue 2022.
