Fleet tear-down and parts-harvesting (whole-aircraft disassembly)

End-of-life aircraft disassembly and component harvesting feeding AAR's USM inventory — Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer.

AAR's tear-down operation buys, parts-out and dispositions retired airframes — both narrowbody and widebody — and harvests serviceable LRUs, structural assemblies, landing gear, engines and APUs into the company's used-serviceable-material (USM) supply chain. Inventory feeds the PAARTS Store, the 24/7 AOG desk, and component-exchange programmes. Engine work includes whole-engine sales, leasing and parted-out modules across CFM, GE, IAE, Pratt & Whitney and Rolls-Royce platforms. Tear-down is the upstream feedstock that sustains AAR's 1M+ line-item USM inventory.
