Trax eMRO is a fully integrated, cloud-hosted aviation enterprise resource planning system that unifies engineering, planning, production, inventory, quality, documentation, technical records, and financial control within a single browser-based platform. Founded in 1999 and acquired by AAR Corp in 2023, Trax is headquartered in Miami and operates across approximately 110 staff, with its software deployed on roughly 10,000 aircraft worldwide.

The eMRO platform spans 21 modules covering all aspects of aircraft and component maintenance management. Full digital tasking, automated workflows, integrated documentation management, and real-time analytics eliminate the need for parallel paper or spreadsheet processes. The companion eMobility suite delivers 14 role-based applications for iOS and web — technicians, inspectors, stores staff, and AOG field teams each interact through purpose-built interfaces with offline capability, RFID logistics, biometric security, and digital signature support. Together, eMRO and eMobility allow an airline or MRO to run paperless operations from cockpit walk-around to hangar sign-off.

Trax integrates with Aerostrat for long-range planning and with Airvoyant for AI-driven procurement, positioning it as the operational core of AAR's broader software ecosystem.
