ADB SAFEGATE's LED stop-bar product line is a core element of CAT II/III low-visibility surface operations. The current AXON LED Stop-Bar is the latest-generation in-pavement fixture, with improved optics and reinforced mechanical design paired with smart electronics for multiple control and monitoring options. The earlier RELIANCE Stop-Bar (now discontinued in favour of AXON, but still widely deployed and supported) is a low-protrusion 8" or 12" unidirectional red LED inset light. Both meet FAA AC 150/5345-46 L-852S(L) and ICAO Annex 14 chromaticity for stop-bar applications, and support style III low-protrusion mounting on standard L-868 12" base cans. Both can be equipped with the IQ built-in ILCMS remote — a unique building block for the intelligent airfield — enabling per-fixture remote control via CORTEX ALCMS for SMGCS routing-clearance enforcement. The complementary ISTB-L combined Stop-Bar + Runway Entrance Light (REL) variant supports drop-in installation on existing series circuits with no modifications.
