Eaton's Crouse-Hinds L-830 and L-831 isolation transformers sit between the 6.6 A series loop and each individual fixture, providing galvanic isolation so that a single lamp failure does not bring down the circuit. Rated 25 VA to 500 VA, they are FAA AC 150/5345-47 certified, survive direct immersion and Gulf desert thermal cycling, and are the default choice at virtually every large GCC airport — often specified by type name on tender BOQs.
