A manually operated rising-arm emergency-access gate that eliminates the need for hydraulics or electrical power and is designed to integrate with the Bristorm Zero Fence to complete a high-security perimeter. It is impact tested to both IWA 14-1 and ASTM F2656-15, withstanding a 7,200 kg vehicle at 80 kph (50 mph) with less than a metre of penetration. A self-balancing arm allows single-user operation, and the arm can be fixed to bridge gaps where underground services are present.
