HÜBNER PBB Interface (Touchless Docking)
Canopy + bumpers + sensors — one OEM cab-end assembly.
The PBB Interface bundles the folding canopy, adjustable bumper system and an optional touchless-docking sensor package into a single cab-end assembly that any PBB OEM can mount as a finished module. The touchless option uses short-range LiDAR and vision sensors to detect the fuselage and seal without physical bumper contact — reducing wear on paint and scratch-prone livery elements. Popular at airline-branded premium terminals where livery integrity is a commercial concern.
