Aircraft Painting, Livery & Strip-Down at Joramco Paint Hangar (AMM)
Full strip, prep and repaint with operator and lessor liveries — from A320 family up to 777.
Joramco operates an in-house paint hangar at AMM capable of taking aircraft from A319 / A320 family narrowbodies all the way through 737NG / MAX, 767, A330 and 777 widebodies. The work-package covers full chemical and / or hand-strip-down to bare aluminium / composite, surface preparation, primer, base-coat, livery application (including registration changes), gloss and protective top-coat. Paint is typically combined with a base-maintenance check or a lessor redelivery work-package to avoid an out-of-rotation hangar event for the operator. The paint shop is integrated with Joramco's structures bay so any corrosion or substrate issues uncovered during strip-down are repaired within the same hangar visit.
