Joramco operates a 24/7 AOG response desk dispatching multi-disciplinary recovery teams — airframe, engines, avionics, structures — from AMM by ferry-flight, charter or commercial route to anywhere in the MENA region. Coverage includes Royal Jordanian and flydubai customer aircraft, lessor recovery for repossessed airframes, and ad-hoc support for transit-stranded operators. Teams travel with the parts and tools matched to the reported defect, and roll-up to wide-body hangar resources at AMM is available when an AOG escalates from line-maintenance scope to base-level work.
