AvTrol is Liquid Automation Systems' total fuel and lubricant management system, built to close the data gap between the physical act of aircraft fueling and the back-office systems that track inventory, billing, and regulatory compliance. In a conventional FBO or airline fuel operation, meter readings are taken manually at the truck, transcribed to paper uplift tickets, and re-entered into accounting or point-of-sale systems — a chain that introduces meter-reading errors, lost tickets, data transposition mistakes, and billing delays. AvTrol replaces this with automated capture of all meter readings, including Prist anti-icing additive injection volumes, at the truck, transmitting the data wirelessly to the Opti-MIM inventory management software platform in near-real time. Opti-MIM provides real-time inventory reconciliation, consumption reporting by meter, tail number, truck, operator, and fuel type, and integrates with third-party accounting and point-of-sale systems. The platform has demonstrated integration with Air BP's Compass transaction processing system, and is designed to work with any truck type, removing the constraint on mixed-fleet operations. For ADF management alongside fuel, AvTrol supports automatic reorder-level monitoring with email alerts to purchasing or fluid suppliers, providing a closed-loop approach to both fuel and glycol replenishment. Tank telemetry integration extends the system's visibility to bulk storage, delivering web-accessible level monitoring and leak-detection alerting via PC or mobile device on battery-powered wireless sensors. The system is a fit for FBOs, airline fueling departments, and airport operators running mixed fuel-and-deicing fluid operations who need auditable, reconciled records for compliance and cost control.
