Total Component Support (TCS) is Lufthansa Technik's flagship pooling and repair-management programme, covering rotable components across narrowbody and widebody types from A220 through 787. Under TCS, customer-airline engineering offloads spares investment, repair OEM negotiations and part-out / piece-part planning to LHT, which handles them through Hamburg, Frankfurt, Tulsa, Shannon, Manila, Puerto Rico, Sofia and the Dubai LTME warehouse. The programme covers 800+ ATA-chapter rotables per type and integrates into manuals.aero electronic documentation, AVIATAR predictive flagging, and the Pre-Component Maintenance (PCM) digital twin. Pricing is by flight-hour (FH) or by flight-cycle (FC), with options for full performance guarantees including AOG response SLAs.
