The MIA System is MC Solutions' flagship Airfield Lighting Control & Monitoring System. Two redundant application servers run hot-standby, automatic CAT III management is built-in, and the patented fibre-optic data channel runs entirely independent of the high-current power line — eliminating the noise that plagues legacy powerline-communication ALCMS. Operating at Venice Marco Polo (VCE) since 2018 across the airport's full lighting estate; FAA L-890 Level 4 Type D conformance certified by Intertek (certificate 69010327-001-1).
