TWIN 7500 NG
Electric towbarless tug rated to 75 tonnes for business jets and larger helicopters, the most versatile model in the Mototok range.
The Mototok TWIN 7500 NG is the top-capacity model within the TWIN series and the most widely sold product in the Mototok range. It is designed for the full spectrum of business aviation and light regional aircraft — including Gulfstream G650/G700/G800, Bombardier Global 7500/8000, Dassault Falcon variants, Embraer Legacy and Lineage, and ATR turboprops — as well as nearly all wheeled helicopters, up to a maximum tow weight of 75 tonnes. The single-to-double nosewheel adapter bar is swapped in seconds, making the tug genuinely fleet-agnostic across a mixed FBO or MRO hangar.
The hydraulic nosegear clamping mechanism is the core differentiator in this class: sensor-controlled paddles automatically compensate for the natural offset angle of a nosewheel under rotation, preventing lateral slip in a way that static turntable designs cannot replicate under push loads. The full engagement sequence takes 10–15 seconds with a single button press. The onboard CPU supports RFID login, Bluetooth/WLAN/USB diagnostics, and cloud-based real-time service access, allowing remote technicians to view all sensor and switch states without dispatching an engineer on site.
Within the TWIN range, the 7500 NG sits at the top tow rating (75 t) and highest motor output (5 kW), distinguished from the Flat variant by its 350 mm height and 110 mm ground clearance — both appropriate for standard hangar floors. The 48 V / 4 × 210 Ah battery pack targets MRO and FBO duty cycles rather than high-frequency ramp pushback. Operating speed of 1.05 m/s reflects the precision-movement context.
For GCC FBO and MRO operators handling the dense business-aviation traffic routing through DXB, AUH and DOH — where ultra-long-range jets (G700, Global 7500) and large-cabin helicopters (S92, AW139) share hangar space — the TWIN 7500 NG addresses the full mix from a single unit.
