The Watchdog series is MyDefence's family of infrastructure-grade passive RF drone detectors, designed for continuous 24/7 operation across vehicle platforms (150/250) and fixed perimeter installations (202). Each model is optimised for a distinct frequency block, allowing integrators to layer complementary sensors across the full threat spectrum.

The Watchdog 150 monitors the 433 MHz, 868 MHz, 915 MHz, and 1.2 GHz bands — frequencies associated with long-range drone control links and older ISM-band protocols — at omnidirectional 360° coverage and a detection range up to 3 km. It is the natural complement to the 250, which covers the 2.4, 5.2, and 5.8 GHz bands (commercial drone data-links and video downlinks) at 90° directional aperture out to 9 km, with geolocation triangulation possible using multiple units. The Watchdog 202, a lighter perimeter-dedicated variant (742 g), adds higher-band sensitivity up to 10 km detection and optional Wideband XF antenna support for full 200 MHz–6 GHz coverage, direction-finding at 5° RMS accuracy.

All three models are PoE-powered (under 15 W) with Ethernet data interfaces, enabling clean single-cable installation on masts, walls, vehicle rooflines, and vessels without separate power runs. IP68 ingress protection on the 150 and 250 (IP67 on the 202), MIL-STD-810G mechanical compliance, and MIL-STD-461F EMC qualification on the 250 align the series with military procurement baselines. The Argos Server / Iris UI integration and open API allow Watchdog nodes to feed data into existing C2 stacks.

For GCC airport and base security teams, the Watchdog's PoE network topology simplifies campus-wide deployment alongside CCTV and access-control infrastructure, and the tested +65 °C operating ceiling accommodates apron and perimeter environments throughout Gulf summers.
