Premier TT4000
A 4,000-gallon de/anti-ice tanker truck capable of refilling up to three deicers in a single dispatch.
The Premier TT4000 is a high-capacity ground-based fluid-tanker truck designed to keep an airport's deicer fleet continuously supplied during intensive winter operations. Its 4,000-gallon total capacity is split between twin linked 1,500-gallon (5,678-litre) stainless-steel de-icing tanks and a separate 1,000-gallon (3,785-litre) anti-icing tank — both fabricated from 12-gauge A304 stainless steel engineered for long-term glycol storage at any ambient temperature.
The de-icing system uses a hydraulically driven Gorman Rupp centrifugal pump moving 200 gallons per minute at 25 PSI, while a separate self-priming diaphragm pump transfers anti-icing fluid at 75 gallons per minute. Each fluid runs on a dedicated 25-foot hose reel with 12-volt electric retraction. At the published flow rate, the TT4000 can refill a single deicer in approximately 10 minutes, and its tank volume supports simultaneous resupply of up to three deicers in a single departure — directly reducing the support-vehicle cycle count during peak de-icing periods and minimising the aircraft delay exposure that accumulates when deicers run dry mid-operation.
For airports handling high volumes of narrowbody and widebody departures during winter weather events, the TT4000 is a fleet-efficiency multiplier rather than a direct aircraft-contact unit: it determines how long each deicer can stay on station before needing to transit back to the central fluid fill point.
