The Armagard Stainless Steel Display Enclosure — KPI Production Display (IP69K series) occupies the top of Armagard's protection hierarchy. The IP69K classification denotes complete dustproofing combined with withstand against high-pressure, high-temperature water jets at 80–100 bar (1,160–1,450 PSI) and up to 176°F (80°C) — the standard used to specify washdown equipment in food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and similar regulated facilities. The enclosure body is 316 stainless steel, providing both the structural integrity to resist daily cleaning cycles and the anti-corrosion and anti-bacterial surface properties required by hygiene regulations. A 10-mm polycarbonate window provides shatterproof viewing, and hygiene-rated seals plus stainless cable glands ensure the watertight system is maintained at all entry points.
Available in screen sizes from 24" to 86", the enclosure is designed to run 24/7 KPI and production-metrics boards in environments where display hardware would otherwise be destroyed within weeks by cleaning regimes. Internal climate controls (fans, heaters, controller board) keep the panel within its thermal operating envelope from -22°F to 86°F ambient. VESA-compatible mounting provides ceiling or wall installation flexibility.
