CLX Autonomous PBB Retrofit Kit

Retrofit any OEM PBB to 45-second auto-docking.

The CLX Autonomous PBB Retrofit Kit converts an existing PBB — from any OEM — into an auto-docking bridge in a 1-week installation per stand. Encoders and LiDAR are fitted on the cab, bogie and rotunda, plus machine-vision cameras for auto-levelling. Documented dock times at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta are 45–48 seconds in automatic mode versus 90–120 seconds manually. The upgrade includes CLX SIMS live equipment monitoring — IoT sensors for temperature, vibration, and position — that feeds predictive-maintenance dashboards. OEM-agnostic design makes it a natural fit for GCC mixed fleets of JBT, TKE, ADELTE and CIMC-TianDa.
