Sanad Capital — the leasing arm of Sanad Group — operates a dedicated spare-engine pool covering the Rolls-Royce Trent XWB / Trent 700, GE GE90 / GEnx, IAE V2500 and CFM56-5B/-7B. Operators draw down spare engines on short-term green-time leases (covering AOG events and bridging shop-visit windows) or long-term leases (typically 3-7 years) to flatten capital expenditure. Mubadala backing gives Sanad Capital balance-sheet depth that rival regional lessors lack, and the leasing fleet is co-located with the MRO campus at AUH for rapid swap-out.
