Front-Row Monument (FRM)

The TCI Front-Row Monument (FRM) is a cabin monument unit occupying the forward bulkhead zone of business class cabins on wide-body aircraft — specifically certified for the Boeing 787 and Airbus A350 platforms. This position in the cabin imposes strict demands: the monument must serve as a visual anchor for the premium cabin, provide accessible crew and passenger stowage without consuming aisle width, and interface with seat row services (leg-rest ottomans, personal screens) simultaneously. TCI's FRM addresses these through a standard arrangement of shelves and optionally closet-door-secured compartments, with a screen shroud, meal table, and literature pocket integrated as standard elements. Ottoman cushions for front-row flat-bed seat passengers are fitted as standard. In-door LED illumination provides functional visibility into compartments without external lighting spill into the darkened cabin during night operations. Customisation options allow airlines to shift the balance toward crew stowage, passenger stowage, or aisle-maximising slim profiles, depending on the specific cabin design intent. TCI has delivered FRM units into Turkish Airlines' 787 and A350 programmes, demonstrating compliance with Boeing and Airbus TC holder requirements under EASA Part 21 G (POA).
