TCI's narrow-body aircraft galley is a full-service galley unit engineered for single-aisle aircraft, principally the Boeing 737 NG and 737 MAX family. The product is designed from the outset for low operating weight: TCI publicly claims a 10–15% weight reduction against competing galley configurations on the same airframe, a direct result of composite-intensive construction and structural optimisation. Galley variants span models G1 through G7 — covering forward, mid-cabin, and aft positions in coach, premium economy, and mixed-class layouts — with each unit available in pre-certified configurations or customer-specified arrangements. Standard functional content includes ovens or cooking units, beverage makers and water boilers, half-size and full-size trolley bays, waste compartments, water spigots, assist handles, and pull-out work surfaces. Maximum modularity is a core design objective: insert positions and door arrangements can be reconfigured without structural changes, which reduces airline-side NRC costs when fleet cabin layouts evolve. All materials comply with FAR 25.853 flammability and ABD0031 smoke and toxicity requirements; galleys are manufactured under TCI's EASA Part 21 G (POA) and DGCA Part 21 G (POA) approvals and are included on Boeing's Global Offerable List for the 737 programme. The galley has entered service with Turkish Airlines, SunExpress, SpiceJet, Jet Airways, Donghai Airlines, Azerbaijan Airlines, and Lynx Air, among others, accumulating a production base across more than 200 aircraft. For GCC operators running 737 MAX short-haul and medium-haul networks — where every kilogram of cabin equipment directly affects sector fuel costs — the weight delta at scale represents a meaningful lifecycle saving.
