Component Pool Services
Access to more than $1 billion of pooled rotables across six aircraft families, with a 96 % on-time delivery record and warehouses on four continents.
Turkish Technic's Component Pool Services give operators access to a deep rotable inventory without the capital cost of building their own stock. The pool covers over 17,000 part-number maintenance capabilities across Airbus A310, A320, A330, A340 and Boeing 737 Classic/NG/MAX and 777 families. With warehousing in Turkey, North Africa, South Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas, Turkish Technic positions stock closer to the regions where its customers operate, reducing transit time for exchange units and lowering aircraft-on-ground exposure. The service operates on both advance-exchange and straight-lease models, supported by the Pool Web-Suite portal, which gives operators web-based ordering, part tracking, and statistical reporting in a single interface. Delivery performance is independently tracked at 96 % on-time, and 24/7 customer-support desks back urgent AOG requests. A notable differentiator within the A320-family segment is that Turkish Technic claims first-mover status as the world's first A320neo/A321neo (LEAP-1A engine) component pool provider, meaning the newer-technology variants are already covered rather than deferred to legacy narrow-body inventory. For Middle Eastern and GCC carriers — many of which operate large A320neo and 737 MAX fleets ordered or operating under recent capacity expansions — this positions the pool as a practical alternative to in-house stockholding or reliance on OEM consignment programmes alone. Multi-airline agreements such as those signed with Oman Air (ten-year contract for 737 NG/MAX) illustrate the long-term engagement model available.
